How to Use Photo Compression

1. Select "Photo" on the startup screen.
2. Choose a single photo from the list or swipe horizontally to select multiple photos, then tap "Compress".
3. Choose your desired format (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), specify the output size, and tap "Save" to finalize the photo.

Note: To retain location information and Exif data from the source photo after conversion, ensure that location information and Exif settings are enabled (indicated in red). If saving a photo with a transparent background as JPEG, be aware that transparent areas will be rendered as white.

How to Use Video Compression

1. Select "Video" on the startup screen.
2. Choose a video from the list for processing.
3. Select your desired format (MP4, MOV), specify the output size, and tap "Save" to complete the video compression.

Note: To include location information and creation date from the original video in the converted file, ensure these settings are enabled (indicated in red). Users can adjust bitrate settings for compression; however, results may vary based on the specific video file.

For an effective comparison of image quality pre- and post-compression, it is recommended to create a one-second video. The application also supports zooming in and out on images for detailed analysis.
